Money
“For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.” 1 Timothy 6:10 New International Version
Money in and of itself is not bad. Money may not be able to buy happiness but it can buy necessities, safe and sanitary housing, and nice and fun things to enjoy while swirling around the universe on this incredible planet called Earth.
Making fair money for honest work or wise investing is rewarding and contributes incredibly to mental, physical and spiritual well-being. When money is loved so much that dishonest, illegal or unethical tactics are used to obtain, keep and utilize it then evil roots have formed and one has wandered from the faith. No sacred teachings can be used to justify lying, cheating or stealing to obtain and keep money, or defraud others of it.
